Wedding Weekend

New family member, yay!

This past year I got two new sisters, which is kind of magical when you think about it.  Our whirlwind weekend in Austin at the end of April to attend the wedding was surprisingly very relaxing, distance traveled notwithstanding.  All evidence suggests that Moss very much enjoyed the change in scenery and all the extra attention.
Didn't exactly make it anywhere, but interesting to interact with anyway

There was tons to do.  Many items to chew upon...
A nice gnaw on an icy plastic foot

Cold foot abandoned in favor of puzzle mischief

Moss is a non-discriminatory chewer of things

All things will be bitten in good time

Age-matched baby friends with whom to practice standing...

Grandparents to impress...

And naps.  Many naps.

Congrats, Pete and Anna.  <3

Thank you Goldens!

I quite enjoyed my Easter present, it matches my shirt.  Also it is very tasty.

April Photodump!

Moss is growing. I hear this is common in young children. I cannot keep up with the milestones. It used to be so easy to blog - 4 or 5 months ago, our days often consisted of nothing more than lying on the bed, leisurely nursing and gazing at each other. Now Moss's days involve a lot of climbing on things that are too dangerous to climb on, crawling towards things that are too dangerous to crawl towards, and pulling on things that are too dangerous to pull on. Therefore my days involve a lot of what I like to call "preventative parenting", which is basically providing a safe alternative to an unsafe action as it occurs. Which is every 37 seconds. Not a lot of time leftover to blog. But here are a few pictures and videos to make up for it!!
